Chelsea is conveniently located between Jackson and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our historic community offers shopping, dining, culture, local activities and educational programs for all ages. A variety of high quality health services are offered including nationally recognized Chelsea Community Hospital and the Health and Wellness Center. The Chelsea District Library was named Best Small Library in America by Library Journal in 2008.
Enjoy the outdoors
Chelsea offers plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities. Spend an afternoon golfing at Pierce Lake or Reddeman Farms. Visit a city park such as Timber Town or Pierce Park, or venture out to the largest state park in Michigan's lower peninsula: Waterloo Recreation Area.
