Founded in 1997, Silver Maples’ goal has always been to provide opportunities for seniors to continue to actively build their lives on their own terms – to grow, age well and connect with our retirement neighborhood.

We offer a couple different living options including 17 Independent Living Villas, 77 Independent Living Apartments and 58 Assisted Living Apartments, all nestled in serene woods on over 17 acres.  We’re minutes away from Chelsea’s quaint downtown area, just fifteen minutes from Ann Arbor and a short drive from Jackson. Throughout its 19-year history, the hallmark of Silver Maples has been its sense of community and family; fostered by positive, compassionate leadership, embraced by staff and residents alike.  As an employee you have the unique opportunity to work in the homes of those you are serving which allows you to build lasting relationships with both residents and employees.
