☕ We brewed up some fun for 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆! Residents enjoyed specialty brews from Zou Zou’s — Toasted Coconut Decaf, Hazelnut, Columbian, and Mackinac Island Fudge — along with a variety of creamers to make each cup just right. The afternoon was filled with laughter, coffee-themed trivia, and table games like: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘊𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘦 𝘚𝘢𝘺 𝘈𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘠𝘰𝘶? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘊𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘦 𝘕𝘢𝘮𝘦? What a treat! The Creature Conservancy returned to Silver Maples, giving our residents an opportunity to get up close with some truly fascinating animals. A few residents who had seen their programs elsewhere suggested we invite them back. Everyone enjoyed seeing the animals up close (and touching many of them!), while presenters Jordan and Chloe wowed us with fun facts and stories about their unique adaptations. The room was full of curiosity, smiles, and “I never knew that!” moments. A huge thank you to Creature Conservancy for an unforgettable day!
