Jerry Wilczynski will retire at this month’s end after 10 years as president and chief executive officer of the Silver Maples of Chelsea Retirement Community. He will be succeeded by Steven Rolston, who comes to Chelsea after 9 years as executive director and administrator of St. Ann’s Home in Grand Rapids.

“Jerry’s values and gentility set a top-down culture of putting others first. It makes all the difference for staff and the people who call Silver Maples their home,” said Amy Heydlauff,  executive director of the Chelsea-Area Wellness Foundation, and a member of the Silver Maples Board of Directors.
