WALK, VOLUNTEER OR DONATE TO THE CHELSEA WALK!

All staff and all residents are invited to play a role in supporting the Alzheimer’s Association’s efforts to find a cure to this disease at the Oct. 5, first ever Chelsea Area Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It’s a 1 or 2 mile walk (not a race). You can walk, or volunteer, or donate!

If you’d like to sponsor our team by making a donation of any size ($2, $10, $20, $100), please make your check payable to the Alzheimer’s Association and drop it off to Shawn’s office!  All donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes, and a Promise Flower that we’ll mount on the Conference Room window!

Volunteers are needed to work the Walk’s water station, located right outside Silver Maples front entrance.
