Silver Maples is a well-designed, Life Plan Community (continuing care retirement community) that offers independent residential style senior living and licensed Assisted Living accommodations. Silver Maples was founded in 1997 with a goal of addressing the needs of active seniors by developing a community which fosters its residents’ independence, security, wellness, dignity, privacy, comfort and well-being. There are 17 Independent Living Villas, 77 Independent Living Apartments and 58 Assisted Living Apartments nestled in serene woods on over 17 acres just minutes away from Chelsea’s downtown area and just fifteen minutes from Ann Arbor.

The Executive Director & CEO, working under the direction of the Board of Directors, is responsible for the operation and management of the community and the overall satisfaction of residents with the attributes and services provided by Silver Maples of Chelsea. The Executive Director/CEO provides strategic leadership by working with the residents, Sponsors, Board of Directors and the Management Team to establish organizational long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies in accordance with the Mission Statement.
